ABOUT US
Est. 2016
The Autism Awareness Cup was created in 2016 by Norfolk Sport Coach Grant Cotton to help spread the word of Autism. We feel like it is important to educate communities about Autism and we strive to committing ourselves to making everybody aware of the ASD Spectrum and how it effects people and their families. Every year we host football events in the hopes that more and more people attend and help raise the profile of Autism. From 2017 we began supporting the LGBTQ+ community with AAC Pride.
Proceeds go straight to the benefiting charity each year and we aim to make every event inclusive and accessible to all as we do not want anyone to feel like they cannot come and have fun! No matter what. Since July 2016 we have raised over £1000 for NAS West Norfolk and we have engaged approximately 78 different people in our tournaments and matches.
